Francis's Story...
What to say, what to say. We’re two super sweet little homeless puppies. It’s cold and lonely here and we need a home. A forever home. Not a home like the last one where the police come and take everybody away leaving us to fend for ourselves. We are social pups who love life. Teach us, train us, grow with us! We can show you a side of life that you’ll never experience alone. True, undying, love and companionship… We promise…11 weeks old-15lbs. My adoption fee is $240 and includes; microchip, reduced cost spay/neuter and $25 rebate, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam,1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Francis, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
