Jack's Story...
Jack-Jack is a 1-2 year old black and white boy who is totally gorgeous! He is a very friendly little man who found himself lost in upstate SC. Lucky for him, or maybe it was planned, he found himself a wonderful lady who brought him in and kept him safe. She had him groomed and cleaned up and now he looks like the show boy he is! His benefactor called us and we immediately agreed to bring him in to our rescue. She took a day off of work to drive him to our vet for us where he was neutered and received full vetting. This little guy is truly a find in rescue, he has an excellent temperament and attitude. Jack gets along with other dogs as well as all humans. Adopt now as some lucky family will snatch him right up!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Mahwah Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Mahwah, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Mahwah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mahwah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mahwah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mahwah paves the way for another one to be saved.
