Cooper's Story...
2-5-10 owner surrender, 1 1/2 yrs old.

Copper is a sweetie! He loves to bury things and play catch. He is fun loving and gets along well with other animals. HELP COPPER!! HE HAS CRYPTORCHIDISM AND IF HE DOES NOT GO TO A RESCUE OR ADOPTED WITH THE AGREEMENT THAT HIS NEW FAMILY GETS THE SURGERY DONE, HIS FATE IS IN THE BALANCE. WE CANNOT AFFORD HIS SURGERY SO ANY HELP FOR HIM WILL HAVE TO COME FROM OTHERS. Copper is a dog that gets along with everyone and is always ready to play with anyone that is willing. He would make a great playmate for another dog or kids of all ages.
Update - Cooper is having his surgery Friday !

Act quickly to adopt Cooper. Pets at this Rescue Group may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Vinton Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Vinton, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Vinton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vinton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vinton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vinton paves the way for another one to be saved.
