Tank's Info...

I am in need of an experienced adopter.

Tank's Story...
Tank, about 9 months old now about 45 lbs, was nicknamed Tank the Terror when he was taken out of a local shelter. He wasn't neutered and was trying to show off his male tendencies 24/7. We had him neutered and he has calmed greatly in the one month we have had him now. He is ready for a new home but because of his original aggressive tendencies, he needs a home that will give him lots of one on one attention without spoiling him rotten and letting him know who's boss. He is lovable, talkative and harness trained. Loves everyone, does well at all of our public presentations, so we know he does not have the inate fear most pigs have. In turn, without that fear, he can get into trouble! If you can give this loving boy a permanent new home, please fill out our contact form on our web page at www.vegaspigpets.org and we will get back to you promptly! Thank you for your interest in adopting! Tank is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tank, a Las Vegas Pig (Potbellied) was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pig (Potbellied) for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Pig (Potbellied) from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pig (Potbellied) breeders who help with Pig (Potbellied) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
