Tyler's Info...

I am purebred, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tyler's Story...
Totally Tyler
Hi everyone!! I am Tyler & I spent way to many days at animal control. An old guy like me needs a doggie bed!! I am one heck of a sweet guy.

All about me...
I am about 23 pounds. I am 6 - 12 years young according to animal control, but the vets office thinks I am 6 - 7 years old. And I really really want a forever home with doggie beds and toys and loving people to pet me!! I was adopted out and then I was brought back because I can have the little cocker "attitude" sometimes. The lady that I was living with was afraid of me when I would have an "attitude" problem and I knew it so I was able to get away with it. I have had a dental done and I am just waiting for you now. I do have the cocker spaniel ears and they will be a forever issue with me.

My training & manners info.
I ride great in the car. We can go for Sunday drives! I am also very quiet & sweet. I am housebroken and also have good crate manners. I am a good cuddler too. Come and get me and I can help keep you warm on these cold nights coming up.

Are you the right family for me?
I am not asking for much. I am wise in my years & just want to chill out & enjoy the years I have left with a great family, maybe even travel a bit.

How I feel about other furry creatures.
I get along with everyone, like I said - easy going.. I have been with kids 13 and up with no problems.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyler, a Ortonville Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Ortonville, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Ortonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ortonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ortonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ortonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
