Archie's Story...
Archie is a lovable boy. He's upbeat and happy-although he's feeling quite out of sorts because it seems his family dumped him in the country and left him to fend for himself!!! Imagine that! After giving them his love and friendship, they decided that abandoning him would be a wonderful way to pay him back. Well, no matter- he is ready for his new home. Archie really deserves to be loved and spoiled. Would you like to do that for him? In return, he promises to love you and treat you like the center of his universe-which you certainly will be with this boy. Archie understands commands in French and seems to be a quick learner as he is very food motivated. He walks nicely on a leash. He is good with other dogs and is a little too interested in cats :0). He'd do well in a home with older children as he is too enthusiastic for young ones. If you'd like to give Archie the home he deseves, please visit http://www.boxerrescuequebec.com or contact crystal@boxerrescuequebec.com.

If you would like to donate towards Archie's vet bills and care, please visit http://www.boxerrescuequebec.com or contact crystal@boxerrescuequebec.com. We are always very grateful for donations, no matter what the amount. You see, our adoption fee rarely covers the actual cost of the vet bills and the care for the boxers, which means that we depend on the public's kindness to keep rescuing boxers in need.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Archie, a Hudson Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Hudson, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Hudson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hudson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hudson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hudson paves the way for another one to be saved.
