Hoover's Story...
I suck up attention like a little love vacuum! I am Hoover and what a lover I am. Just a lad, only 1 year old so I’m full of life and full of energy. I am social and sweet, eager to see a new face. Sure, I am not the most confident or conceded fella, but being a little sensitive is just part of my charm. I do play well with other dogs, am good with kids and I am doing wonderfully with my crate training. I even walk nicely on leash. So now that you have heard all about me I sure hope to see you soon….1 year old-46lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hoover, a Portland Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Portland, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
