Lilie's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Lilie's Story...
Miss Lilie came to us from a breeding facility with her 7 week old boy pup. Her boy, Brutus, isn't ready for adoption yet but his mom is. Lilie was born on July 5, 2008 so is only 18 months old. Where she lived must not have been a very nice place, she has a chunk out of her right ear and a toenail that was ripped out and won't be growing back. Despite her beginnings, Lilie is sweet and ready to interact. She's red with a white blaze on her chest and weighs 11 pounds. She has been a wonderful mother to her boy but it's time for Lilie to shine. Think you might like to meet her? Our adoption events are listed on our home page at www.rccr.petfinder.com

Lilie is spayed, up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, on heartworm preventive and microchipped. With all of that done, her adoption fee is still only $200. What more could you ask?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilie, a House Springs Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in House Springs, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in House Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in House Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a House Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in House Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
