Buddy's Story...
Hi! My name is Buddy and I truly want to be YOUR Buddy! I am fostered in Orlando, Florida.
When my foster
mom got me from the shelter I was all matted and dirty but just check out
how handsome I am now, especially with that scarf! They think I'm
anywhere from 9 to 11 yrs. old but hey, some of my Yorkie brothers have
been known to live to age 22!!! I am 7.6 lbs, neutered, microchipped, and up
to date on my shots. I am housebroken and when left for a period of time
will go on a pee pad if one is provided. I had kennel cough but that's almost
cleared up. The vet says I have a 'large heart' but that it's not a big deal. I
love to go for walks on a leash but because of my 'large heart', I can only go
for short walks. I do have some separation anxiety if left alone and I will
bark till you return so I should be with someone that is home all day. A
retired person/couple would be just great. I will follow you everywhere and I
just love affection. I have cataracts but I'm not blind because when my
foster mom is around, believe me, I can see to follow her wherever she
goes. My foster mom has other dogs but I don't really bother with them. She
doesn't have kids or cats so not sure how I would do with them. I'm a very
good eater so you don't have to worry about a finicky appetite here! Please
won't you give me a home so I can be YOUR Buddy. If you are interested in
Buddy, you can email my foster mom @ When
adopting any of our dogs you must first fill out an adoption application which
you can do by going the application link at the top of this page.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Moulton Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Moulton, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Moulton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Moulton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Moulton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Moulton paves the way for another one to be saved.
