Cole's Story...
All cats are rescues from our area, up to date on all shots appropriate for age and if old enough, spayed or neutered. Kittens too young to be spayed/neutered will require an additional deposit, returned to the adopter when proof of surgery has been given.

Cole was found with his sisters in a feral colony. we brought him to the rescue, tested him for feline leukemia & FIV, he was negative, gaver him vaccinations and he will be neutered soon and ready to go to his new home. he is very affectionate and loving, normally active for his age and appears to be in good health.

500,000 animals are euthanized each year simply because there is not enough space to house them. Help us be a part of the solution to this, protect their futures, spay and neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cole, a New Ringgold Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in New Ringgold, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in New Ringgold.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Ringgold already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Ringgold breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Ringgold paves the way for another one to be saved.
