Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shasta von Johnson is a stunning 11 month old long haired German Shepherd. She has the most exquisite face, the more you look at her the more you realize she is a perfect beauty. When she gazes up adoringly at you with her heavily eye shadowed eyes, it is breath taking. For all those who love the floppy ears, it looks like Shasta’s are down to stay unless it is a windy day! Shasta is good with the two male dogs in her foster home, right now she is more interested with being with people. She loves to follow you everywhere up and down the stairs; whatever you are doing she is there. She will sleep by your feet as long as you are working; the minute you are up she is by your side. Shasta walks well on a leash and doesn’t pull. It is wonderful. She passes other dogs on a leash with no interest. Shasta did well on her cat test and had no interest in bothering the cat. Shasta has had a lot of adjustments for such a young dog, right now she needs to be placed with someone who is home a lot, she can be crated for an hour or two. She will get over her separation issues; she just needs a week or two to feel that she won’t be left again. Shasta is an amazing dog, loving and loyal.
