Hi, I’m Spencer! I am quite a handsome orange and white guy. I was abandoned with my siblings and my mom last summer and I was happily rescued from the nice people at SAFE/WECR. My foster mom really adores me and I enjoy being petted and held. I love attention and get along well with cats & children! Please conidser adopting me as your forever pet – I am super sweet. DOB 8-25-09.
