My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The threats of Hurricane Rita forced many Houston families to flee the area and Goldie's family was no exception. The family made the journey from Houston to Dallas and Goldie, the 3 year old blonde female cocker spaniel was left behind with the neighbor. After the weather calmed, the family left the Dallas area to return to Houston. About an hour into the trip, tragedy struck and they were involved in a very serious accident. Several of the family members were killed and the rest remain hospitalized. Since there will not be anyone at home to care for her anymore, we have made a promise to find Goldie a loving home. Goldie is a 3 year old blonde female who has a lot of energy and lots of love to give. She actually belonged to the family's 8 year old daughter and we're told that she is good with children.
