Nell's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Nell's Story...
Nell is the real thing and a real sweetheart. Her foster mom says, "She is socializing MUCH better than anticipated. I am happy about how quickly she is warming up, I'd never have thought she would be in the house and playing with the others so easily. I am going to be quite proud of this girl when we are able to get her into a forever home." Nell does well with other dogs but might be happier in a one dog household, and she seems to love cats. A fenced exercise area is required.

Nell is between 2 and 3 years old and weighs under 35 lbs. Besides the regular shots, she's had bordetella vaccine and de-worming.

Just click on the link to send an application. The adoption fee is $150. FREE training DVD, health guide booklet and 5 lb. bag of dog food.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nell, a Tahlequah Shar Pei dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei for sale in Tahlequah, or seeking a Shar Pei dog from a breeder in Tahlequah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tahlequah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tahlequah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei breeders who help with Shar Pei rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tahlequah paves the way for another one to be saved.
