Hillard's Story...
Hillard is a great boy who is ready for his forever home. He is approximately 14 weeks old and we think he has some type of retiriever/spaniel in him. His mother came upon a farm in rural West Tennessee and had puppies. Well mom is now happy in her own home (spayed of course) and it is Hillard's time to find his own home. He loves top play with the other dogs in his foster home. His favorite game is tug of war (which he usually wins). We think he will be around 40# when he is full grown. His adoption fee is $400 which includes all transport fees, neutering, and shots. He has been started on heartworm preventative and flea preventative. If you would like more informaiton on this wonder boy please email the group!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hillard, a Glastonbury Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
