Pepper's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Pepper's Story...

Pepper is full of life and just hoping that someone with kids and room to play will come along to adopt him. He is great with other dogs too, but cannot be trusted wtih cats. Pepper is solidly housebroken and his foster mom says he is a very gentle boy. Does not have any toy or food aggression either!

He is one awesome young Beagle, full of energy and fun! Pepper would be the perfect addition to an active family as he loves to play and have a good time. He is currently in foster care and we will be getting up dates on his antics soon!

Pepper is up to date with all his shots, has been microchipped, healthy and ready to go! He has beautiful black & white markings which makes him rare for a Beagle.

He is a very sweet guy looking for his forever home and if you believe yours is the home for him, please download and either fax, email or snail mail our adoption forms into us. We require a submitted adoption form, home inspection to make sure of a SECURELY FENCED YARD for our rescue Beagles.

This Beagle's Adoption Fee Is $175.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepper, a Portland Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Portland, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
