Poochie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Poochie's Story...
Poochie is a an extremely bright, affectionate, obedient, totally housebroken and lively little 19lb Pomeranian mix who was cruelly tied up and abandoned in Harlem for two days before picked up by the city pound. Poochie is about three-years-old, very healthy, now neutered and up to date on shots. Poochie likes other dogs and is also good around cats.
We are seeking a dog-experienced/committed home for Poochie, preferably one without young children, as he is a little timid in new situations. Other pets, welcomed. Poochie is trained to "go" outside and loves going for walks.
If interested in this loving and adorable, vivacious, housetrained, little guy, please call us rather than email (212) 427-8273.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Poochie, a New York Pomeranian/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in New York, or seeking a Pomeranian/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pomeranian/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
