My story

Micah is brand new to rescue and more information will be available soon!

Micah is a 2 year old male bully-breed mix. He is chocolate and white in color and has a square appearance to his head leading us to believe that he is a Bull Terrier/Pittie mix.

He is a very sweet boy that is extremely friendly with people and does well with other friendly dogs.

He was saved from being euthanized at a high-kill shelter where he was found as a stray. Upon being saved from the shelter, it was discovered that he was Heartworm positive....so he is currently undergoing treatment for that.

One he has recovered from his HW treatment, he will be fully vetted and neutered and will then be available for adoption.

Micah is currently in paid boarding in Steger, IL until a foster or forever home can be found for him.
