Simon's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Simon's Story...
Simon was found in Poudre canyon and is a very sweet and loving boy. He is about 2.5 years old, flame point Himalayan with the most expressive blue eyes. We had to shave him down to a lion cut because he was so matted, he is a little embarrassed over that, but does not hold that against us. Simon is already neutered, tested Negative for FIV/FeLV. Rabies, FVRCP vaccines, dewormed, microchipped(free registration), and ready to go to his forever inside only home. He is in foster care around the Horse Tooth Reservoir area, you can call Cathy at 214-2233 to set up an appointment to meet this lovable lug!! Simon is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a Windsor Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Windsor, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in Windsor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windsor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windsor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windsor paves the way for another one to be saved.
