Bobbi's Story...
Mama and Bobbi came together, but we are unsure if they're siblings. Both had been over bred and malnourished. They are crate trained, nearly housebroken and learning basic commands.
They were very attached to each other when brought in, they displayed severe anxiety when separated, barking, crying and nearly causing themselves physical harm trying to get back to each other. Their foster mom has been working very diligently to build their confidence when apart and they are doing great. They are now playing with the other dogs in the house rather than sticking with each other. Bobbi has undergone heart worm treatment and is now very healthy and ready for her furever home! Bobbi is currently located in the FAYETTEVILLE NC area but can be transported to her new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bobbi, a East Hampton Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in East Hampton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in East Hampton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Hampton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Hampton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Hampton paves the way for another one to be saved.
