BERGER PICARD (Picardy Shepherd)... Winne Dixie Dog? I have no idea. But regardless of the breed, He needs a good home. He is very shy but will warm up to you over time. He seems to have been abused long ago or just scared at being dropped off at an animal control. He was on his way to be put to sleep. But we cant ;et this happen.
