THOR's Story...
Thor is 93 lbs of shepherd mix boy who is sweet and well behaved. He has a loud, very intimidating and protective bark, but this boy is a love and cannot get close enough. He can be hand shy, but he is a wonderful dog! Someone dumped him in the middle of the night at a shelter and that's where he stayed for over four months.Due to length of stay, Thor didn't have a choice....he was either going to leave the shelter alive or in the freezer.

He was way too cute and sweet to see die just because he hadn't found his family yet. We wanted to give him a second chance at finding a home, so Thor came to All Breed. He comes with an offer for insurance to protect him and his shot record. If you're interested in loving LARGE, Thor is your guy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

THOR, a Crown Point German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher for sale in Crown Point, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Crown Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crown Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crown Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crown Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
