Brix's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING

Brix is a 2 year old male neutered Rottweiler with wonderful leash manners. He is eager to please and responds to all of the basic commands we have taught him. He will benefit from ongoing training as well as daily physical & mental exercise. This gorgeous boy really enjoys being put to a challenge! He is a quiet, loyal and alert companion who barks only when it’s important. He is a true gentleman who loves a good belly rub and he can’t wait to get the royal treatment from a strong pack leader. Brix has bonded well with a female Pit Bull X, so we feel that he would make an excellent companion for the right large breed female in his new home. A home with smaller dogs or cats would not be best for him.

Please check out the video some of his devoted fans have created for him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brix, a Okotoks Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Okotoks, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Okotoks.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Okotoks already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Okotoks breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Okotoks paves the way for another one to be saved.
