My name is Taz!

Border Collie/Labrador Retriever Mix Dog for adoption in Tahlequah, Oklahoma - Taz

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Taz's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Taz's Story...
Taz walks great on a leash, knows sit, stay, lie down commands. He's sort of cautious at first, but that's o.k., since he wouldn't immediately take up with just anyone.
Taz is hoping he gets another home soon. He's here because circumstances that forced the owner to give up her dogs. Besides shots & neuter, he's vaccinated for bordetella and is de-wormed. He'll need a fenced exercise area.
The adoption fee is only $75. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taz, a Tahlequah Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Tahlequah, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Tahlequah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tahlequah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tahlequah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tahlequah paves the way for another one to be saved.
