Austin
Cool name, huh? Fits this sheltie perfectly too . This is a cool and easy going sheltie . This sheltie has been one of the easiest to handle of my many foster shelties . Austin came in with Allison but we had to split them up . Austin is 6 and as you can see , a very handsome sable male sheltie . He is a larger sheltie ( about 17 in .) and is carrying about 10 lbs more weight than is good for his health . 30 lbs would be a more ideal weight but he is coming in at 40 . Austin is good with the other dogs , rides well in the car and is a very pleasant companion . He of course possesses the usual sheltie personality characteristics but they are not over the top . I've enjoyed fostering this lovely sheltie and know that some lucky adopter will enjoy him as much as I do .
