Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We bet you don't know any other Siberian Husky named "Twizzler". We also bet you won't meet another Siberian like Twizzler. As of early December, he has been in a foster home for almost two months. The rescue recommends him as a terrific first Siberian for the right family. There are just a few things your household can not have to own Twizzler.
It is obvious to us that Twiz has never been around infants or toddlers. No children under 8 for this tall boy. He is also has a VERY strong prey drive for small animals (including small dogs). Your house should not be the type where wildlife will frequent your property. He will pick up the scent even inside. This does not mean the occassional squirrel, bird etc.
With Twizzler you get a dog that loves his crate, is completely house trained and is not destructive. Despite his strength, he walks well on leash. He would be OK as the first, second or third dog in the house. He is not confrontational. Twiz will not protect his food, toys or treats. When he is in the mood, he nudges you for attention. He's got a very unique smile and is generally a happy camper. He is the perfect combo of not being too aloof or too clingy. He can hang with you inside or watch the scenery outside in a secure fence. Twizzlers' foster family describes him as "no trouble at all". All qualified applicants will speak directly to the foster family. Write us about Twizzler.
