Jinelle's Story...
Jinelle, is a sweet and petite female, tri-color 2 to 3 year old Bassett Hound. She came to AZBHR with a litter of 6 puppies. She was an excellent mother and has proven to be a wonderful companion. She is up to date on all shots and micro chipped. Jinelle loves to cuddle and be close to you at all times. She has not met a human’s lap she did not love. She loves to go for car rides and take walks. She does well with other dogs, cats and humans of all kinds. She would like to go to a home with other 4 legged siblings. She still has lots of puppy-like energy and loves to run and play with her squeaky toys. Jinelle can be very curious and loves to see what you have on counter tops. She listens well and will understand if you don’t want her to do something. She is kennel trained and doggie door trained. Won’t you give this sweet girl the loving home she deserves and accept all the love she has to give?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jinelle, a Phoenix Basset Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Basset Hound dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound breeders who help with Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
