ChiChi's Story...
ChiChi is an ADORABLE chihuahua who was picked up by animal control and not reclaimed. This darling boy is about 2 years old and weighs a whopping 6 pounds full grown. He has the cutest markings with his white chest, four white feet and his tail has a white tip. ChiChi is a happy, loving little chi who really enjoys being a snuggle buddy. His favorite activity is snuggling up to his foster mom and playing with toys. He also loves playing outside in the fenced yard with foster mom and the other small dogs in his foster home. ChiChi is a bit shy with new people at first, and will not do well with kids under 10 like most chis. He is also shy with some men. ChiChi is house trained and is also crate trained. He loves to sleep in bed next to foster mom's pillow. ChiChi is with a 501c3 non profit rescue. His $300 adoption fee covers his heartworm treatment and pills, shots, worming, flea/tick prevention and HomeAgain microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ChiChi, a Osseo Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Osseo, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Osseo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Osseo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Osseo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Osseo paves the way for another one to be saved.
