Jake is an approximately 10 yr old buff and white male cocker spaniel. He came into our rescue with Elroy from a shelter in southern Ohio.
They ended up at the shelter after their owner passed away, and they both found themselves homeless.
Jake is blind, but he has adjusted very well to his handicap, because Elroy guides him everywhere.
These two are remarkably bonded to each other, and basically, Elroy sees for Jake, it is very touching to see them together.
Jake is such a sweet tender soul, he doesn't bother anything, he loves affection and will cuddle up to you for petting.
He does not have a mean bone in his body, he is all heart.
Jake gets along very well with other dogs, and he is housetrained.
We would love to see Jake and Elroy stay together, and hope that we can make that happen, because Jake would be lost without his seeing eye dog friend, Elroy.

Jake is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is heartworm negative.
