Bonnie's Story...
Hi my name is Bonnie and I was rescued from a high kill shelter by the nice folks at Dog World Rescue. We I was placed in foster care, they discovered that I was pregnant...so I had my pups and now they've all been adopted and I am left behind. I am a very sweet girl who would love nothing more than to have my own forever home where I can play and just hang out with my family. I am up to date on all my vaccines and ready to go to my home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie, a Alexandria Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Alexandria, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Alexandria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alexandria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alexandria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alexandria paves the way for another one to be saved.
