Here's what the humans have to say about me:
May 7, 2010 ~ Wren is a sweet sweet girl! We think she is a black moth cur mix and is a little overweight at about 50 lbs. She was living as a stray so is used to foraging in trash, etc. In spite of her lack of socialization she loves people! She also has a nasty scar on her side (all healed up). We shudder to think how she got that - an animal, trap, etc?
After arriving at our southern partner shelter she was successfully treated for heartworms, and is now healthy, up to date, spayed, and ready to roll! Wren is working on manners and training and is definitely not a candidate to be off leash at this time, as she doesn't know how to return to her name being called.
Wren is great with other dogs and is indifferent with cats. She walks great on leash, is crate trained and mostly house trained. She is a very, very sweet girl who must have been part of a family at some point.
Email us today for an application! Like many of our sweeties, Wren is living in the south and can't wait to find her new family here in New England. Our adoption fee is $300.00 and you can find more info on our process and fees at our website, www.luckypuprescue.org.
