My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Peanut
> Breed: Pit Bull
> Age: Approx 4 Mo.
> Sex: Male
> Peanut came from a very bad situation. He had been attacked by
another dog. It didn't appear to be the
first time. The owners didn't seek help for him until he was nearly dead
from infection and shock. He never tried to fight back. All his
injuries were to his back side and underbelly. I have my own
opinions as to what was going on with this little guy, but that is
neither hear nor there. We have him now and after almost 2 weeks he
is strong enough to have surgery to repair the huge holes in his
belly. We are asking all you animal lovers to please donate to
Peanuts surgery and care until he is strong and healthy enough to go
up for adoption. He is very sweet, gentle and great with kids and
other animals including cats. He just wants to sit close and be
loved. You can send donations to Warner Vista Animal Hospital. The
account is under Valley of the Sun Dog Rescue. (Peanut) 895 S. Val
Vista Suite 102 Gilbert Arizona 85296 or call at 480-497-9700 to
donate by credit
> card. We will also be taking applications soon for Peanut's new
home if some lucky family is interested in adopting him.
