Chief--adopted!'s Story...
Chief is such a good boy! He is black with tan markings, and is all-natural, with both ears and tail and appears to be a Dobie mix. He is a young adult, maybe 2 years old. He came from a shelter. This smart boy is very obedient and listens well, and has learned sit, stay, down, and paw. He is kid safe (all ages), cat safe, and enjoys the company of other dogs, both boys and girls. In fact, he would do best with another canine companion. Chief loves to ride in the car. He loves all people, but seems to be especially fond of men. At this point in his life, he needs company (human or canine) most of the time. His foster mom says he is an all-around excellent dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chief--adopted!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
