Patches's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Patches's Story...
Patches and Sammy are mother and son. Sammy has a new home, but we are still needing a home for Patches. (Sammy is the tri-color BC in the picture.) She is a happy girl, moderately energetic and friendly. Patches is about 4 years old and very sweet. She has been mostly an outside dog, but we would love to find a home for her where she can be an inside/outside dog and have lots of attention. She is doing well at her foster home and is housetrained. Won't you give Patches a new home for 2006?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patches, a Fayetteville Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Fayetteville, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in Fayetteville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fayetteville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fayetteville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fayetteville paves the way for another one to be saved.
