Here's what the humans have to say about me:
May 2010~ Memphis is a Great Pyrenees mix who is about 1 year old. We think he is a mix because of his "small" size of about 75 lbs. He is great with the other dogs in his foster home, of which there are quite a few! In the beginning, he did growl a little over the food bowl but once he realized he was going to get consistent meals and lovin' he has started just hanging back when fed. He seems indifferent to the barn cats when they come near the fence.
Memphis is crate trained, and is working on housetraining. Since they live mostly outside that is harder but he should take to it easily once he lives inside a home with a family. He is a very good-natured dog, and he definitely has a lot of hair so will eed consistent grooming.
Please contact us today for an application. Our adoption fee of $300.00 includes Memphis' neuter, up to date vaccinations and transportation to New England into foster care. He is with a partner rescue in the south. You can see more info on our website at www.luckypuprescue.org.
