Sam's Story...
Sam is a sweet little guy, weighing in at about 8 pounds this poor guy had to spend the last 4 months of his life living in a crate in the garage of his last owners. They had a baby who was allergic to him and decided he could no longer live in the house. Since he's been in his foster home he is loving living in a home again. He is big on cuddling and will sleep with you if you will let him. He is still learning to use a doggy door but will let you know if he has to go potty. His $165 adoption fee will include him being up to date on vaccines, de-wormed, neutered, and micro-chipped. Set an appointment to come meet him or come see him at the PetSmart on 9775 W. Charleston Las Vegas, NV 89117 every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 until 5.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sam, a Las Vegas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
