Alfie's Story...
My name is Alfie and I'm REALLY cute. I'm kinda' a girly-girl - I like to prance around and I'd dance if I knew how. My foster mom thinks I'm going to be a pretty small dog, which is fine with me 'cause I like to be picked up and cuddled. I'm learning to be house trained, but I need a bit more work. I am crate trained, though. I warm up to people pretty quickly and I like kids, as long as they're not too rough with me, 'cause then I get scared. I really like to play with other dogs, too. My foster mom, Cathy, can tell you more about me if you call her at (619) 822-1577 or send her an email at catherine888@mac.com. I really hope I can find a happy, loving home! Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alfie, a Chula Vista Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Chula Vista, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Chula Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chula Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chula Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chula Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
