My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Don't let Nash's small size fool you. He's no "foo-foo" dog! He loves to go on walks, hikes, playing with other dogs and hanging out with us humans. He doesn't mind being held but if something interesting is happening, Nash wants to check it out. Our handsome boy did get his name in honor of the Phoenix Sun's basketball player - Steve Nash. Our Nash is a lot like his namesake. He's not shy, he doesn't let his small stature stop him, he has a great personality that makes everyone like him and he's fast!

Nash is looking for a home where he can go on daily walks and weekend hikes or camping trips would be a great treat! Another dog friend would be great for him to play with and keep him company while his parents are away. Lots of comfy beds to lay in and nightly snuggle time would round out his wish list! Nash wieghed 9.4 pounds when we saved him. Sadly Nash was at Animal Control for 18 long days before RESCUE stepped in to save him from the kill list.
