Zeus's Story...
Sure, I may not be a greek god- but I am a total hunk! Just look at this mug, you don’t have to be Aphrodite to see that I am one stunning beauty. But hey, I’m more then just good looks. I’ve got a hunky personality to match. I am all muscle, 70 pounds of people lovin’ muscle. So ya, some extra obedience training wouldn’t hurt. I wanna be as well behaved as I am handsome. I want my good manners to be just as impressive as my six pack. I do really well with other dogs, I am having a real blast here with my pack mates. Kids who are big enough and old enough to handle my size and strength will be just fine by me. And true to my breed (and my namesake) I will make an excellent guardian and protector.
It’s not rocket science, it doesn’t take much wisdom, I mean you don’t have to be Prometheus to figure out that I am the boy for you. 2 years old-70lbs. My adoption fee is $160 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeus, a Portland Rottweiler/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Boxer for sale in Portland, or seeking a Rottweiler/Boxer dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Boxer breeders who help with Rottweiler/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
