Pooh's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pooh's Story...
These babies lost their mother when she was hit by a car. I have been bottle feeding them since they were 2 weeks. They are four weeks now and can not go home till they are 8 weeks and altered. They are very cute and they each have their own personalities. They are starting to eat on their own and using the litter box. I only adopt cats out to inside homes.

Brown tabby with white is a boy, Pooh

You can pre-adopt these kittens but they will have to be altered before they go home. Contact me for further information or if you would like to see them in person.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pooh, a Evansville American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Evansville, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Evansville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evansville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evansville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evansville paves the way for another one to be saved.
