My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SMOKEY HAS BEEN ADOPTED! Smokey is a beautiful, 3 year old male Lab/Dane/Doberman . He is tall and lanky very much like a Dane, but is not quite as large. He is currently about 70 pounds. Smokey was found as a stray in southern IL and was never claimed. He was rescued from the pound just days before he was to be euthanized due to overcrowding. Smokey is an amazing dog that will fit in with almost any family. He's very friendly, gentle and affectionate and gets along well with people of all ages as well as other dogs. He is still very playful and would love a home that would play ball with him or take him jogging. He is crate trained and housebroken and also knows the commands "sit" and "paw". He would love to find his forever home soon!

Smnokey's adoption donation is $250. This donation helps to cover his neuter, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. AAA relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Smokey from euthanasia.
