I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Quincy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Quincy's Story...
6 years old
neutered
good with other dogs (except when sharing balls)
Not recommended for a home with small children (under 12) and cats
is house trained
walks well on leash

Special needs:

Quincy is currently on and would benefit from a continued holistic RAW diet.
Quincy has had some kind of trauma in his past which has created some aggression issues for him.
He is currently being worked with to help him understand that he is safe and will need a home that is committed to continuing this training with him.
Quincy also needs to learn some manners when it comes to sharing toys. He is not fond of sharing balls especially and will need to learn how.

Quincy is extrememly motivated by affection, he needs a home where boundaries and rule are enforced consistently. He cannot be spoiled or else his behaviour will be negative as a result.

Only a home with a strong background of Bulldog experience will be considered for Quincy

if you would like to apply to adopt Quincy please fill out an adoption form and email it to albertabulldogrescue@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quincy, a Calgary English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in Calgary, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Calgary.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Calgary already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Calgary breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Calgary paves the way for another one to be saved.
