CLEO's Story...
CLEO is a beautiful Brown & Black Tabby female. She is about 4 years old. CLEO was a stray cat who was rescued just days before giving birth to a litter of 5 beautiful kittens (all have since found great new homes).

As a long-time resident of the Adoption Center, CLEO seemed to be getting frustrated with cage life and would often hiss and lash out at people. She obviously needed a break, and was recently moved into a foster home. Her foster family reports that she has adjusted quickly, and wants love and pets from everyone! There has been no hint of scratching, biting or even hissing – she is full of life and spark. Now she needs a home of her own.

CLEO has been spayed, tested Negative for FeLV & FIV, current on her shots and has been treated for fleas & parasites. You may adopt CLEO at our Cat Adoption Show held every Saturday & Sunday from 11am-5pm at Walnut PetSmart, corner of Grand Ave. & Valley Blvd.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CLEO, a Diamond Bar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Diamond Bar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Diamond Bar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Diamond Bar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Diamond Bar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Diamond Bar paves the way for another one to be saved.
