Tiny's Story...
I’m Tiny (cuz I was the smallest in my litter) a 14 week old Labrador Retriever mix puppy. I am a sweet and smart girl looking for a family to take me in and raise me into a wonderful pet. I am just a baby and will need someone devoted to training and raising a puppy (we can be a lot of work sometimes!) But believe me- it will all be worth it. I am only about 14 weeks old and weigh around 18 pounds but I will grow into a medium size dog. Come on in and meet me I can’t wait to go home with you! My adoption fee is $225 and includes adoption supplies.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiny, a Portland Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Portland, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
