My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Savannah has a special $150 adoption fee this month! She is an especially pretty and colorful greyhound who is already completely house trained and already home acclimated. She has a very nice personality and is a playful, fun, and affectionate dog with very nice house manners. Savannah has been in a home as a pet for several years, but now needs to find a new home because her owners are moving out of state and cannot keep her. Savannah is listed as a "senior" greyhound because she is over the age of 7. She acts like a much younger dog and is an active and fun dog who is a joy to have around. Savannah has shown a tendency to sometimes try to chase very small animals, so she should go to a home with no small critters. Medium to large size dogs are fine. Savannah is social and sweet, a dog you can take anywhere and she will do well. She would also make a wonderful therapy dog to take to hospitals and assisted living facilities. Savannah walks quietly by your side while on a leash and rides fine in a car. While racing in her younger days, Savannah was known as"Passion Action". Savannah has been spayed, has all vaccines, is microchipped, and comes with her leash, collar, microchip, grooming mit, stuffie toy, and an Adopt-a-Greyhound tote bag.
