Rudy's Story...
*** ADOPTION PENDING ***

Rudy caught our attention at Animal Care and Control by crying every time we passed by his cage. We couldn't resist his sweet face and outgoing personality so he quickly became an NLOL dog.

Rudy is incredibly playful, extremely affectionate and seems to be a fast learner. NLOL volunteers have already been working with him on his leash skills and he's caught on very fast.

Rudy would be a great match for an active person or family. He's loaded with lots of playful energy and would be a perfect dog for someone who likes to run or hike.

We will update Rudy's bio as we get to know him better. For now, contact us for more info on Rudy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rudy, a Chicago Rottweiler/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Rottweiler/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Rottweiler/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
