My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Sadie. I am a Basset and Bloodhound mix and I am 4 years old. I am learning to adjust to being with my foster mom and dad. They are so crazy in love with me since I am such a sweetheart. They hold me and hug me all the time and that what I need, because I had a hard life growing up . I grew up in a big family of 7 dogs who I miss. I am a little shy around people, but I'm doing well with other dogs.

I will be good with a l family that has an active lifestyle and can give me a lot of love and attention. I am not sure about kids and cats. My foster mom take me for a long walk every day and on her days off she will take me hiking with my other brother "Benson". My mom got me to lose some weight and I like to stay that way. I like to go for a ride so the wind can blow in my face. I love my foster parents and I am confident in them that they will find a good match for me.

I am on medication, I still have tick fever and valley fever. But I am tough girl. I will get through it. I will update you on my health condition. Besides that I am a happy camper. My dad always call me "little monkey".
