My name is Shadow!

Italian Greyhound Dog for adoption in Centinnial, Colorado - Shadow

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Shadow's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Shadow's Story...
Shadow is an owner turn in, after 12-13 years of devotion he was turned over to rescue. He is in serious need of dental care and a diet because he is extremely overweight. He has had a leg break that was not properly set in the past causing him to have a crooked front leg but he gets around just fine. He is very friendly and really wants human attention, he is content just to sit next to you in while you do what you do and really gets along well with other dogs. His housebreaking is being worked on and he has learned the doggie door in a matter of minutes.

Shadow is looking for a home that is willing to let him enjoy his final years with the care and love that he deserves giving him attention that he really needs.

If you are interested in this or any other dog being fostered by IGCA Rescue - Colorado, please contact Serena Galloway at (saryna244@frii.com) to start the adoption paperwork process.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shadow, a Centinnial Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Centinnial, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Centinnial.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Centinnial already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Centinnial breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Centinnial paves the way for another one to be saved.
