Grace's Story...
My name is Grace, but you can call me Gracie! I was left outside to fend for myself by a family that moved away and left me and I didn't deserve that at all. I'm a really nice, beautiful girl and will come and jump on your lap when you call me. My only little problem is that I do not like other cats at all. I'm really very, very loving and have been described as a lap cat. I am a somewhat talkative girl, but not to the point of being annoying, and I promise I will not talk on your cell phone! I would really like to find a home where someone would like a companion--you will not be disappointed. Please come see me and I'll prove to you that I'm worth the visit. I will make a loyal, dedicated friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grace, a Fayetteville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fayetteville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Fayetteville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fayetteville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fayetteville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fayetteville paves the way for another one to be saved.
