Butters's Story...

Butters is a very handsome neutered male who was born in June, 2001.

Butters is a very affectionate guy, but shy until he gets to know you. He loves attention.

Butters, and his friend Sissy, are quite a twosome. They groom each other and snuggle together. Both just had their teeth cleaned and will dazzle you with their brilliant smile.

Both kitties were rescued from a life in the woods behind a bar. They were recently placed in a different foster home to see how they would do in a strange home. The duo passed with flying colors. They made the adjustment in only two weeks.

They are now ready and waiting for a forever home. If interested, call Donna at 248-889-9328.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butters, a Howell Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Howell, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Howell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Howell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Howell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Howell paves the way for another one to be saved.
